Our purpose is to connect corporate kindness with Indigenous projects — empowering Community, protecting Country, and perpetuating Culture. 

We convert in-kind contributions into Kindness Credits, a recognised model that helps organisations meet their Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) commitments. These credits are acknowledged by Reconciliation Australia and provide a measurable way to turn goodwill into action. 

Our strategy is to help bridge the RAP Gap — the disconnect between Corporate Australia’s RAP commitments and the delivery of real, meaningful outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. 

We achieve this by enabling Indigenous-led projects that transform corporate intentions into measurable impact. Guided by deep respect for cultural custodianship and a strong commitment to regenerating Mother Earth, we collaborate with businesses across Australia to drive self-determination, foster lasting success, and reinvest both profits and contributions into our three core pillars:

Clarence Bruinsma
Managing Director - iSupplyAU
Clarence is a proud Yaegl fella from the North Coast NSW. He has a background in leadership, education, and community engagement. As the co-director of Bush To Bowl, he shares his extensive knowledge of Australian Bush foods (Bush Tucker) and Indigenous culture. With experience spanning government and non-government sectors, Clarence specializes in consultation, reconciliation, and ecological design, working closely with Country to develop sustainable practices. Driven by a passion for positive change, he dedicates his work to supporting Aboriginal communities and fostering greater understanding of Aboriginal history, culture, and land stewardship across Australia. Deputy MD
Georgina Bruinsma is a proud Yaegl woman who brings a deep commitment to community-led outcomes, backed by strong business acumen and leadership. Since 2007, she has worked across Lismore and the North Coast in Aboriginal program delivery, playing a central role in driving organisational change, growth, and innovation. With a wealth of experience in financial oversight, budgeting, contracts management, and strategic relationship building, Georgina has successfully led complex programs and initiatives that strengthen service provision across the region. Her ability to manage resources effectively while nurturing strong partnerships has been key to delivering holistic, culturally safe support for communities. Geoff Rowan
Interim CEO and Reconciliation Enthusiast
Geoff Rowan is a dynamic individual with multiple facets to his personality and professional life. Now based on the Sunshine Coast, he is a grounded and environmentally focused entrepreneur. Having travelled, lived, and worked across Australia and around the globe, Geoff has developed a deep understanding of both local and global ecosystems, guided by his philosophy, “Think Global, Act Local.” As a non-Indigenous custodian, he is committed to caring for Country and supporting First Nations-led initiatives. Geoff is the founder of Worms Bees Trees (WBT), an organisation dedicated to creating a positive impact on the planet and its inhabitants.
