Purpose
Catch A Tosser is a bold new initiative aimed at ending littering through education, technology, and cultural truth-telling. This program will use smart cameras, cultural storytelling, and community partnerships to encourage Australians to stop littering and start respecting Country.

1. Surf cams and smart cameras help detect littering behaviour.
2. Local Mob share why we protect Country — not pollute it.
3. Enforcement officers review footage for fines or warnings under littering laws.
4. PG-rated social media content shares powerful lessons, not shame — making littering socially unacceptable.
