The Ingleside Project is a visionary initiative aimed at establishing a self-sustaining community hub that integrates food sovereignty, regeneration, housing, food storage, business operations, and technology to support community growth, self-determination, and sustainability. By leveraging
corporate partnerships, we seek to fulfil this project’s needs through Kindness Contributions, aligning with corporate Australia’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) commitments. iSupply will issue Kindness Certification to acknowledge corporate contributions
1. Food-Grade Kitchen and Cold Storage
A fully equipped kitchen housed in a shipping container will be installed, supporting safe and hygienic meal preparation. This facility will include essential cold storage solutions to maintain food safety standards.

Sanitation & Maintenance:
• Drainage system to prevent water accumulation
• Anti-slip flooring
• Pest control measures (sealed entry points, traps, repellents)
• Cleaning supplies & disinfectants
• Protective clothing (gloves, aprons, jackets for cold storage handling)

2. Nursery Office & Storage
A dedicated nursery office and storage container will provide operational space for managing nursery functions while ensuring safe storage of essential tools and equipment.

3. Nursery Equipment
The nursery will require specialised equipment to support the cultivation of native plants and sustainable horticultural practices, fostering economic self-determination.

4. Gunyahs (Tiny Homes)
To create eco-friendly and efficient living spaces, the project includes the construction of three tiny homes. These homes will offer sustainable and functional accommodation options.

• Fit-out materials: Air-conditioning, toilets, showers
5. Media Equipment and Software for Meetings & Business Operations
The project will integrate modern media equipment and software to enable virtual and in-person meetings, fostering seamless community engagement, collaboration, and business operations.

• Cameras, microphones, projectors
• Software for virtual meetings and presentations
• Office technology to support business activities

6. Landscaping, Construction, Plumbing & Materials
• Civil engineer to access glasshouse and what structurally is needed
• Roof of glasshouse to be accessed and upgraded
• Builder to quote for refurb of glasshouse structure then refurb
• Excavation of overgrown lantana on outskirts of of site, Leveling foundations around site and inside Glasshouse with roadbase. 268.39 m2 of excavation, 40 tonne of crusher dust.
