Review each organisation’s RAP commitments to understand the full scope of pledges made.
Analyse actual RAP expenditure to date versus committed targets.
Identify the shortfall — the RAP Gap — providing a clear picture of where intent is yet to be fully delivered.

Step 2 –Kindness Capture: Converting Commitments into Impact

To bridge the identified RAP Gap, iSupplyAU introduces Kindness Credits — a powerful mechanism designed to convert unspent RAP commitments into measurable impact for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
This innovative approach allows RAP Owners and corporates to:
Redirect unspent RAP funds into product and service donations, project sponsorships, or discounts — all captured and converted into Kindness Credits.
What is a Kindness Credit?
A Kindness Credit is a dollar-for-dollar unit of recognition awarded when an organisation contributes products, services, sponsorship, or discounts to Indigenous-led initiatives. Each $1 of fair market value contributed equals 1 Kindness Credit, ensuring that non-cash support is measurable, auditable, and  counts meaningfully toward RAP targets.

Step 3 – Dream Bigger Workshops: Empowering Indigenous-Led Projects
iSupplyAU facilitates Dream Bigger Workshops, creating a culturally safe space for Indigenous organisations and communities to shape projects that deliver self-determined outcomes aligned with their priorities.
These workshops are designed to:

  • Identify the specific needs, aspirations, and priorities across our three core pillars — Community, Country, and Culture.
  • Co-design project goals to ensure they are culturally aligned, community-led, and driven by those who know best — the people on the ground.
  • Ensure that corporate funding — including Kindness Credits — is directed into Indigenous-led initiatives, creating sustainable outcomes and strengthening self-determination.

Step 4 –ImpactBridge: A Digital Solution for Measurable Impact (Under Development)

To ensure transparency, accountability, and measurable outcomes, iSupplyAU introduces ImpactBridge (IB) — our next-generation digital platform purpose-built to track, measure, and report on corporate reconciliation efforts.
How It Works:
  • Captures and stores corporate RAP commitments in one central system.
  • Registers Indigenous-led projects seeking support, aligned to our core pillars — Community, Country, and Culture.
  • Utilises AI technology to:
    • Match Corporate Kindness to projects based on alignment, impact potential, and community need.
    • Generate tailored project plans ready for execution.
    • Issue Kindness Credit Certificates to corporates, formally recognizing their contributions once converted into measurable community impact.
